With Banners Held High – Main Event

Join us on Wood Street in Wakefield for Yorkshire’s best Trade Union Festival, themed as last year as “The Past We Inherit, The Green Future We Build”.

After the annual banner parade – gather on Smythe Street – we have a stellar list of speakers and entertainment from the main stage, and of course stalls galore along Wood Street.  When you get thirsty, the Red Shed Bar will be there with both beer and alcohol free.  You can also get deep into discussion in two in-person workshops in the Town Hall.
